The Ozon press service stated that the marketplace "does not have its own or partner logistics facilities, transportation and partner points in these regions." The company added that "from the point of view of logistics development," they are concentrated in 2024 "in the Far East, remote territories of Siberia." Ozon is also currently engaged in "the development of small towns and villages to provide comfort for their residents and give new opportunities to local entrepreneurs," the press service said.
Wildberries gave a similar comment. The company said that it already has an approved investment plan for 2024-2026. According to this document, the attention of the marketplace is focused on the construction of trade and logistics infrastructure in the Far East, Siberia and small towns.
